I attended college as a recipient of the prestigious Huntsman Scholarship at LDS Business Colllege and graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government.
I earned my Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego, where I was recognized for academic excellence and named to the Dean’s Honor List. I also received two Academic Excellence Awards and served as an intern for a Superior Court Judge, assisting in legal research and drafting judicial decisions.
In 2013, I completed a summer semester of law school at the National University of Ireland in Galway, where I studied Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law. During that time, I attended a conference with prosecutors from the International Criminal Court who were preparing cases involving war crimes and genocide. That experience reinforced the level of care, integrity, and preparation required when handling cases of profound importance to the public.
My education provided not only a strong legal foundation, but also a lasting commitment to fairness, accountability, and the responsible exercise of legal authority.
